Hotel was clean and staff were attentive. Rooms are fairly updated and nice. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, good variety and quality.
The staff were helpful and friendly.

A nice room but with no view at all as ours was straight on the entrance of the hotel roof. This is the kind of room you need to warn guests about. They didn't at all. Strangely enough they called to ask If the room was ok. So I guess they know about the problem but nothing was done about it. Just a lousy sorry. After over 400 hotels I've been, this was a first.
Second thing is that we had a special request to have a quiet room 3 months before coming to this hotel and they put us just above the lobby being probably the loudest room of the whole hotel. When confronted at the front desk with Lezlie. She had all excuses of the world and a serious attitude problem.
First off, the price was really good for the room. Under $100 for four people and 2 double beds. The shower was spacious, but the only bad thing for the bathroom was that there was no fan so it became very humid quickly. On the plus side, they offered many options for breakfast including waffles freshly made with their waffle maker. Overall, very impressed with the room and service.
Nice room, great front desk service, good breakfast. The only issue we had was a major one; we accidentally overslept past our checkout time, and of all the ways they could handle the situation, they chose to send people to attempt to break the deadbolt in order to get into the room. It obviously resulted in a panicked awakening and a very rushed packing up.
