Travelling through the area and stopped for dinner today. Hostess and waitress very attentive and thoughtful. Food arrived at a normal time, and tasted great. We decided to get dessert, but our daughter has a nut allergy so we asked about an item on the menu, mostly to make sure nuts were still separate from non-nut items. The manager was able to answer our question quickly, and even after answering our question, brought out a binder showing us that item was nut free and safe to be around our daughter. Was very impressed he went so far to ease our mind.
Best experience we've ever had at this Applebees. Service (Lacee) was perfection!! Food was good, but not as good as usual, like they have switched some brands or something.
Seated quickly st a busy time, food was delivered fast, and food tasted GREAT! We haven't visited Applebees in years, but we will definitely return.
I was there on Veterans Day. They always treat active duty military and veterans to a free entree. How Awesome! They had a special menu for the day too. The staff were as friendly and accommodating as can be. They wore these great T-shirts commemorating America's service members. Oh yeah, the food was great and there was no skimping on the serving size. Thank you Applebee's.
Staff nice. Not sure what they have done with the menu or recipes. Last 2 times at Applebee's and not just this one not impressed with the quality of the meal. They used to be good for casual dining but I will probably not try them again. At this particular place I don't get why parents are bringing young kids at 9 or later for dinner. In either didn't take my child or went early enough when it wouldn't bother others meal time. Selfish parents.
