I had an awesome experience purchasing my new car from Murray Ford! I usually don't buy Ford's but I gave them a shot and I am really pleased. I would like to thank Elizabeth and June for all they did to make the experience fun. I stopped in this past Saturday afternoon for a test drive and left that evening with a new vehicle thanks to the courteous, friendly and efficient service I received from Brandon, Dave and Allan. They're a bit of a hike for me, but if their service is as friendly and efficient as sales and finance, I'll be seeing them in the not-so-distant future as well. Great experience all around.
!!UPDATE!! A dealership from out of town...WAY out of town is willing to send a tow truck to get my car and perform the warranty work. They are also giving us a loaner while they do the work. This dealership is 2 HOURS away from here. Id rather do business locally, but Brandon in the Service Department is a total dick and has no interest in doing warranty work on a brand he represents.
Murray Ford in Kingsland sucks. My car is broke, and they say nobody can look at it for a week. Its under warranty. But, if your not under warranty and they can make money off of it they will take it in instantly. Thank you Murray Ford for showing how much you suck!
