Too bad I can't give zero stars. I took my vehicle in to get the drivers seat fixed because it wouldn't go forward or backward. They sourced me a used seat frame which I was told wouldn't have the warranty in case something happened in the future, but that it would work properly when installed, so I agreed. A week and a half later they call and say it's fixed. I go to get it and test out the seat (before leaving the lot) after paying $560, only to learn it wasn't fully fixed. It now stuttered badly when moved, as if it would break again at any moment. I let the service guy know who became rude and said that they can't guarantee a used part will work properly when they get it, basically you have a 50/50 chance that it won't work. I of course called bull crap on that, when they sell you something IT SHOULD WORK! I asked to speak with a manager whom told us the only way they could "make it right" was for us to pay an additional $170 for "labor". I refused to pay for labor a second time for something that should've been done right the first time. I left and contacted another dealership who said that they should've absolutely made it right without charging me another dime! They gave me the GM customer service number which I contacted and filed a complaint with. They contacted the dealership customer experience manager who then contacted us to set up a meeting to "make things right". We drive an hour spending more on gas and time... Only to get there and then tell us once again that they REFUSED to make things right unless we paid the $170 (which they could've told us over the phone and not wasted our time). Completely unhelpful or caring. Now I wouldn't take my car back there ever again because I don't trust their ethics or workmanship. All this over $170. It's ridiculous to be treated as if we're idiots for wanting a drivers seat that functions properly after spending $560 for the repairs we were promised would be made!
Traveling from Maryland to Florida, with my sister ,truck started shaking really bad, pulled into dealership, what an awesome experience Gary Sparks took us right in , found that the lug nuts went into the rim and if we had not stopped the tire would of flow off , needed a new rim and lug nuts . Thankfully someone at the dealership had a rim that was a perfect match . What a miracle. Back on the road again ! Thank you so much for the phenomenal service and friendly atmosphere.. Over priced vehicles, service is not great and check your vehicle before you leave the lot for dents. Thankfully I did and they tried to tell me they were not responsible for the huge dent in the side of my car while they had it for service for the day. They did go ahead and fix it but they took 2 weeks to fix the dent... something about the paint ran and they had to repaint the door panel. I drive down to Nimnich Chevrolet in Jacksonville now for all my service needs. I do not recommend them.
Great sales people and great experience. The sales people do the finance deal so it makes it so much easier to complete the process. Everything was as good or better than expected and I would highly recommend Bennett as a place to purchase a new car.
They had a promotional lotto flyer. Made it look like you won. When it was just a chance to get a lotto card. Myself & 2 of my daughters went in. They at least should have given each of us a chance to win. But they only gave my daughter a card.
