Horrible customer service! The owner is rude and ignorant of the laws. NEVER use this storage facility. While asking questions about the units, the owner hung up on me! I called back because I thought the call had dropped, but he hung up on me again! I was not rude in the least bit and am HIGHLY dissatisfied with these childish actions. Take your money to a company who respects their clients!
