It's very refreshing to go to a restaurant in Camden County, and be able to enjoy a cold, odor free, taste free glass of water. Living here, but not being from here you quickly realize most restaurants do not filter their water, and this greatly affects the quality of the beverages and food. I wish most other locations would recognize this and make changes.
Our waitress was very impatient while we were trying to order my wife & I both orderd, the prime rib she ordered the 14 oz I ordered the 16 oz both with salad & loaded baked potato I also orderd the fire house corn on the cob . Our food did come pretty quick although the prime rib's were both tasty they were both 14oz & not the 14 & 16 as orderd both the baked potatos had an off taste to them they didn't taste like any potato we had ever had anyway ( we didn't eat them ) the fire house corn on the cob, they for got about it till we were just about finished eating then was brought to me cold , they did however deduct it from the bill , idk maybe they were just having an off night but I won't be going back to this Long Horn anyway ,
Aside from that, service was fast and friendly, the steaks we ordered (filet and strip) were cooked as ordered, and it was clean.
My family and I came here for a late lunch last Saturday afternoon. The waiter took our drink order and didn't bother to show up again for another 10 minutes and then we had to ask for bread and butter. We waited another 15 just to put in for appetizers. Appetizers were alright, but when our food got to the table, my mom's steak was tough and burnt, my aunt's burger was well overcooked and her topping were wrong, and my broccoli was almost raw. My aunt complained about her burger and he said he would take it back and have them fix it. They sent her out the exact same burger and her topping were still wrong. I told the "manager" about my broccoli and glasses of water that my family and I never received and it took her 15 minutes to return with new steamed broccoli and the waiter finally brought the water. By the time she returned, my steak and corn were ice cold and we were getting up from the table to leave. The waiter was not very friendly, and even took time to talk, laugh, and joke with the table in front of us, but when he came to ours, he was very uninterested and dull. The manager, she apologized and proceeded to discount our meal 10 percent and did not charge us for our appetizers. I told her personally how terrible our experience and their customer service was. Won't be returning.
Decent prices and great staff, will go back again. The laid back atmosphere makes this a nice stop for any occasion.
Wonderful decor with beautiful paintings all around, feels very Western. The inside looks similar to a log cabin. Loved the lighting and privacy of the booths. Their waiting staff was top notch, very polished, friendly, professional yet down to earth and engaging. The food was so scrumptious, I have craved it ever since! We were impressed with the beautiful wood tables and cutlery, too. Can't wait to go back!!!
