Great doctor, terrible administration. Front lady again. I hate the fact that ONE person can hinder your daughter's school entrance. Everything BUT the immunization record available. I called for immunization record and the front lady (particularly south Asian descent -Indian features ) said she will call when they are ready, once again NO CALL. it's been a week and a half, I've called, no response. MILITARY FAMILY so we relocate a lot. My new doctor in FL had to CALL them and request for info so they won't give her EXTRA SHOTS. Her school back in the same city had to give me her shot records because I could not get it from ABC Pediatrics. Thankfully her new doctor in FL was able to get everything straightened because ABC Pediatrics COULDN'T.
My personal favorite. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else for medical needs EVER!!!
I've tried to understand that sometimes people get busy, but it's not the first time so I just can't let it go again.
This service is either very unorganized or ordering patients services for money. My child was three months in a row for a fallow up appointment for the same medication. When come to find out he only needed one follow up appointment for that medication. Then they insisted my child need a specific shot, when I was under the impression he was done with shots, but calling three months later they don't have any shot records for my children. And I'm billed for all 4 crazy appointments that cost $100 +.
