I wanted to do some improvement to my bathroom and paid $75 for them to come and give me an estimate. I waited almost two weeks before I got a call. I was informed that some how I fell through the crack. Well, after getting them to come and measure my bathroom, again, I didn't hear from them. I was told they forgot to call me. It's been about three weeks now and I am still waiting. Lowe's you got to do better job or get a person that can do their job. I found someone else to do it for way less than they were going to charge me. Never Again
As military I spend my hard earned money at this place on a washer and dryer. Dryer breaks during hurricane irma and I called Lowe's to use my warranty.
Technician "claims" I wasn't home at 1609 when I was. No big deal ..just wanted him to come back out.
Brent and GW are the worst managers. Extremely rude. I am done with this store. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
I hate shopping at Lowe's! They have what you need so you have to go there but you get zero help from anybody that works there the women that work the cash registers are really nice and that's all. I wish we had at Home Depot
One time I bought a peace of wood here carved it in to a heart and spray painted me and my girlfriend’s name on to it for Valentine’s Day. We broke up.
Instead owner or manager as person claimed gets rude with me .
