This place is terrible I'm so upset about my daughters cut tonight and the fact I could have done what she did the 2 mins my daughter was in this ladys chair at home and saved my money. They have no customer service skills what so ever. 2 lady's in there both were so incredibly rude my daughter was almost in tears. I will never return and tell everyone about my experience. My mom usually gets her hair done here but she will never return after they way we were treated tonight. I understand having a bad day but leave it at home we all work hard for our money I hope she never steps foot in my industry of service I might just give her the same service she has us... Garbage.
