Worst reality company I have ever dealt with. Constant failures to communicate. Changes in online banking without notice. Will let rent go late 20 days without giving tenants notice, mind you, their 10% late fee starts after day 3, so why would they tell you. Would not recommend to ANYONE in the service. Stay far away.
I was a first time home buyer....had no idea what I was getting myself into....but Easter Davis and her husband from Military Realty walked me through all the steps when I found the home I wanted! They worked fast to get me into the new house.I did not have access to a printer/fax/scanner but Military Realty allowed me to use theirs at their office. The head manager Mr. Banks called me to follow up and see if everything was going smoothly. I had a great experience with Military Realty and recommend any one who is looking to buy/rent a home in the Camden County Georgia to go through Military Realty! Absolutely horrific rental department. We aren't military and I think they always have military families so they purposely rob their security deposit. I've never moved out of a rental and lost almost all of my security deposit. You'd think that a house would need holes in the walls and ripped up carpet to lose your deposit. We cleaned a lot pulled out appliances, the whole fridge and all it's parts to clean. Yes, a little was missed but they charged us 14 hours of cleaning!! Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. After any tenant that moves out you should expect to paint and even get new carpet. We kept ours in great shape and had the carpets professionally cleaned. The walls needed touched up obviously but that's normal wear and totally expected, but not to them I guess. When you use the cheapest paint it wears and knicks super easily. Thankfully we built a house and don't plan on needing a realtor anytime soon but if I would I will never choose them or ever rent or own from them! We don't get housing allowance like the military families( which is well deserved). So now we are out our hard earned money. I've never felt so used and wronged in my life. It was such a fight just to get a tiny bit back. Never ever again.

I have worked with Military Realty for the purchase and sale of my Kingsland home as well as the purchase of my home in Fleming Island Florida. They are a great group of people and very professional. When trying to move from Kingsland to Fleming Island with a baby on the way, Easter sold our house quickly and Banks got us a showing on our dream home the day it was listed. We were able to sell our home and close on our new home within a week. Everything we needed was taken care of and there was no questions my wife and I had that could not be answered. There is a reason we called them again when it was time to move and I know for sure if we outgrow our new home they will be the first people we call again.
