They are rude. They agrue with the customers. They have no knowledge about anything. Everytime you ask them a question its I don't know. You walk in they walk to the back. Don't be 1day late.

It took them forever to get me my ownership papers and they also tried to make me start the contract over, just because it was being transferred from one store to another. Horrible customer service at the time. I would highly advise someone to never go to them, as I am still getting calls for payment even though I payed off the product in full.
