I pay monthly to wash my truck. Every time I go there something is not working in the wash. My truck NEVER comes out clean! The whole point is to go through only one time! They seriously need to work on their services or hire a new manger!
Been a loyal customer since they opened. I have watched it go down over time. They have big issues. They don't offer interior on the selections anymore. They collect money a second time if they are doing interiors??? This seems odd to me. Customer service has gone way down over time. I would love to see another full service carwash in Camden County. I have even driven to Jax to get full service. This is sad to see because they used to have perky people...not the case any longer.
Unfortunately I cannot rate them higher at this moment. I cancelled my membership due to the fact that over the past few months their equipment is half working. One day the left side sprayers work the next they don't. The dryer roller is not there and when it is it's not working. The car track guides get jammed that they won't work for 15 to 30 minutes while they unjam it but you're stuck in line and can't go anywhere. All these are the reasons why I cancelled . Hopefully they'll get their act together and get the parts they need to be successful again.
The only good thing is the free vaccums at the end of the wash. The bugs and dirt stayed on the car and that was me paying the $20 that is considered the best they offer. Not going back.
Great car wash for the money. Good pressure and selection of wash types. Clean facilities with easy access, but no public restroom.
