I am VERY pleased since I have found Hertz! Sorry to say for several years, we have rented with the 'big' local competition and it is so much more expensive! Now as we have discovered Hertz, I will be able to travel more often! The cars are always ready to go. Very friendly office staff. I am a very happy customer.

After going through HELL with Enterprise up the street, we called Hertz about a rental car after our transmission went out. We told them our situation and they informed us they could have us an SUV within an hour or 2. That sounded great. We were dropped off by Enterprise and filled out the paperwork in no time. We got a Chevy Traverse (amazing car, thinking about getting one myself) They even gave us a discount because apparently they partner with the transmission shop we used. No issues renting the car and no issues returning it. We were even running a little late and they said no problem! Will definitely be using Hertz in the future. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience! You certainly turned our whole vacation around!
